For deliveries within the London postcode area, you will receive an email 2 days before delivery with an estimated 2-hour delivery window. For deliveries to the rest of the UK, your chosen courier (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL or DPD will send you a text message and/or email with your delivery timeslot once the parcel is out for delivery.

Can I reschedule the delivery date?

Yes. If you would like to reschedule your delivery, please email us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before your selected date. We will offer you the next available delivery options. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any reduction in shelf life of perishable products resulting from a change to the delivery date.

What happens if I cannot be present for the delivery?

If you know in advance that you will not be home, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can rearrange the delivery. If we are unable to deliver and have not been notified beforehand, your order will be returned to storage and a new delivery date will need to be arranged. Please note that we cannot guarantee the original best-before dates of chilled or perishable products in these circumstances.

Can I collect my order from a location in London?

Yes. Although we offer home delivery throughout London, you may also collect your order from our the collection point: Le Supermarche, 35 Craven Road, W2 3BX, London. To arrange a collection, please choose the collection on the checkout page.
