To register with RealFrenchFood.co.uk, you must be over the age of 18. All details provided must be accurate. Notify us as soon as possible if you need to change any personal details. Payment

We accept online, phone, cash, or personal cheque with a Bankers Card as payment methods. Transactions are secure and processed using SSL from Sage Pay. Credit or debit card details are required for online payments, including CVV2/CVC2. RealFrenchFood.co.uk accepts 3-D Secure transactions for additional security.

Security Policy

Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay, which ensures transaction data is handled securely. Sage Pay uses 256-bit encryption standards and is PCI DSS compliant. Your session is secure when you see "https://" in the web address or the locked padlock symbol.

Sage Pay Security

Sage Pay ensures the security and integrity of all sensitive data, including customer details and credit card information. Their internet-facing web servers are certified by VeriSign, and they conduct regular security audits.

Refunds and Cancellations

Issues with orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email at [email protected]. Refunds for damaged products require photographic evidence. Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

Parcel Deliveries

We deliver anywhere in the UK. For addresses outside London, deliveries may take up to 7 days. Some heavy items like water may incur additional charges. Fresh bakery items are not sent outside London due to freshness concerns.

Alcohol Purchase Terms

Alcohol deliveries require full address details and proof of age (Challenge 25 policy). Alcohol will only be delivered to the person whose name is on the order. Delivery will be refused if the recipient appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
