Abba Dillsill is a popular, Swedish pickled herring in a dill marinade.Try with boiled potatoes and sour cream.Not to be confused with ˜surstromming', the fermented and smelly type.Dill is one of the most traditional herbs in Scandinavian cuisine and herring in dill marinade is amongst our favourites. The fresh herb goes really well with the herring “ try this on dark rye bread or crispbread. You can also serve with freshly boiled new potatoes and sour cream as a light supper.
